Join US for the ILLINI DANCESPORT and DANCING ILLINI Holiday Dessert Party
Place: Mary Sue and Tom Shay’s House
When: Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 7p.m. until the cows come home (or
whenever Mary Sue says, Get outta here!)
Where: 917 W. Daniel (a white house with columns, about .75 blocks west of
Prospect) Champaign, Il 61821
Phone: 356-7413.
The club will provide drinks and some appetizers. Please bring a dessert or
finger food to share if you can. But if you don’t cook, or can’t make it to
a store, please come anyhow. There is always plenty to eat. Feel free to
invite friends or family along to the party. The more the merrier. Be
prepared to show off your fancy holiday socks or fun slippers; our hosts
request that you leave your shoes at the door. Hope to see you there! If

Free Polka Workshop!! SUNDAY!
Place: Latzer Hall in the University YMCA (corner of Chalmers and Wright St.,
large room on 1st floor)
When: Sunday, December 4, 2011 at 8 p.m. to 9:15pm
*Beginners Welcome!* Bring a friend and introduce them to the fun of
dance! We’ll start the evening with a quick Polka overview, then our
friends, Sue and Jon Hansen will instruct us in a series of cool steps to
take dancing.
