    Hi folks,
It is not very often that I get the opportunity to ask for blood (and therefore make all other requests seem quite reasonable). Please look at the information below and think about participating. Apparently they really need donors.

    Thanks all.

    ...............................................................

Every two seconds someone in the United States needs blood yet only 5% of the eligible US population donates blood. For nearly 5 million people who receive blood transfusions every year, your donation can make the difference between life and death. Your donation may save up to three lives.

The Minority Association of Pre-Health Students (MAPS) is co-sponsoring a Red Cross blood drive and wants to make sure everyone has an opportunity to donate.

    Red Cross Blood Drive
