Dear Dancers and Future Dancers,
The Dancing Illini is offering two accelerated courses for experienced
dancers: International Rumba and International Tango. You must have had
a beginner course in some form of partnered dance to take these courses.
(For those without experience, beginner courses will be offered in
January.) You don't need a partner and everything is FREE the first week,
so come to the Unitarian Universalist Church at 309 W Green in Urbana
(five blocks east of Lincoln) on Thursday, October 11 and give it a try!
Our 19th annual ballroom competition will be held Saturday, October 20,
with workshops on Sunday (details at http://www.uiuc.edu/ro/dancing/).
This all-day event is FREE for UIUC students. To compete, please register
online by October 15. If you don't dance, please come enjoy the show!
