Dear Dancers and Future Dancers,
Starting the week of January 22, the Dancing Illini is offering four
no-experience-required beginner courses, intermediate salsa, and free
weekly dances on Thursdays. No partner is necessary and you can try
any course free during the first week.
The Details:
Where: Basement of McKinley Foundation (5th & John, SW corner)
When: Mondays and Thursdays
How long: 6 weeks
Beginning: Mon Jan 22 and Thu Jan 25
Ending: Mon Feb 26 and Thu Mar 1
Courses:
Beginner Hustle and West Coast Swing
Mondays 7:00-8:15pm
taught by Mike and Lisa H., no experience required
Beginner Rumba and Waltz
Mondays 8:30-9:45pm
taught by Vadas and Victoria, no experience required
Beginner Samba and Viennese Waltz
Mondays 10:00-11:15pm
taught by Vadas and Victoria, no experience required
Beginning Salsa
Thursdays 7:00-8:15pm
taught by Erika V. and Leo, no experience required
Intermediate Salsa
Thursdays 8:30-9:45pm
taught by Erika V. and Leo, salsa experience required
Free Dancing
Thursdays 10:00-12:00pm
Pricing:
There is no need to pre-register. You may try classes for FREE during
the first week. Your $30 membership (or $35 registration if non-UIUC)
entitles you to one course. Additional courses in the same semester
are $20. Prices are per person; there is no couples discount. Please
be prepared to pay by the start of the second class.
