Directions:
From campus: take Green to State, turn Left on State and in 1 block go Right on John St. About 4 blocks down on the Left is Foley Ave. If you reach the school go back 1.5 blocks.
From Lava: Take Bradley to Prospect, turn Right on Propect, take Prospect South and then turn Left on John---which is 1 block after the light at Green. Go about 5 blocks East on John. Foley comes in as a “T” and is on the Right side about 1.5 blocks after the school.
712 Foley Ave, is on the Left and is a beige 2 story house with hunter green trim and the big spring wreath on the door.
The phone number there is 352-7837, so call if there is a problem.
I’ve convinced some our soup making gurus to whip up some fun and exciting fair, so we’ll have at least 5 different types of soup; however, if you’ve got a soup recipe you’ve been dying to share with your friends this is your chance. For certain there will be homemade soups, hearty breads, and a variety of fruit juices and lemonade at the party. If you’d like to contribute but you don’t cook soup, you can bring a good loaf of bread, fancy dessert, some soda pop, a tray of veggies, or appetizers---we aren’t picky, so what ever you’d like to share is fine with us. If you don’t cook at all or can’t make it to the store, please feel free to come anyway. And bring a friend, the more the merrier. There is always ! PLENTY to eat.
Those of you who’d like to bring soup, please let me know what kind so we don’t end up with 8 batches of chicken noodle soup. I’ll send out the soup list with the party reminder on Friday the 12th.
No need to RSVP unless you’re bringing soup. Please join us for the fun.
