To all Dancing Illini,
On Thursday, November 15th at 8:00 p.m. in the Freer Hall - Room 310 - 3rd
Floor (same location as classes & practice) we will have our Dancing
Illini General meeting.
Tentative agenda for the general meeting is:
(1) Complying with rules and regulations of the University.
We will discuss how to comply with rules and regulations of
the University.
(2) Election of new officers/chairpersons
The Secretary and Social Chair positions are now open. Nominations for
these positions are now being accepted. Self-nomination by qualified
individuals is allowed. Jeffrey Tran has been nominated for
Secretary. Nominations will be allowed until the start of voting.
(3) Social topics: format for our dances and non-dance social
We want your input: which format for our dances suits you best and what
would you like to have for non-dance social: ice skating, deserts party
or something else.
(4) Miscellaneous
We want to hear your inputs and comments on topics not covered previously.
If time permits, normal practice will begin at the close of the general
meeting.
