Now that the competition is over, it's time to get down to some serious
partying. (In the DI, partying and eating are synonyms.) There are
going to be TWO PARTIES this Saturday, October 28. We hope you can
make it to them!

PARTY #1
What: Eat the Meat
Where: Lisa's NEW house
509 N. Garfield, Champaign
When: Saturday, October 28, 4PM - 7PM
Why: We have brats and burgers left from our summer cookout, and
this will be the last chance before winter sets in.
Beverages, brats, burgers, veggie burgers, and the fixings will be
provided.

PARTY #2
What: Scary Movie Party
Where: Ruthann's house
306 W. John Street, Champaign
When: Saturday, October 28, 7PM - ?
Why: To scare the heck out of ya! (And to eat some
desserts.)
Ingredients for ice cream floats will be provided. Ruthann is planning
to show 3 movies. She'll give us a list later in the week.

Please bring snacks or a side dish to Eat the Meat OR a dessert to the
Scary Movie Party. If you don't have anything to bring, come anyway!
You can bring a friend too.
We hope you can make it to the parties. It's okay to come to just one
if you can't make it to both of them. Any questions? Send me an email

Directions to Lisa's from campus: Take Green Street west to Randolph
and turn right. Take Randolph to Church Street and turn left. Take
Church Street to Garfield and turn right. (Garfield is the street
after Huber's bar. If you reach Mattis Avenue, you have gone to far.)
My house is on the second block of Garfield. It jogs a little. You
can park on either side of the street. The address is 509 N. Garfield.
I have dogs, so take your allergy meds!
Directions to Ruthann's from campus: Take Green Street west to Prairie
and turn left. (Prairie is one street west of State Street.) Take
Prairie one block to John Street and turn left. Find someplace to park
on the south side of the street. You can park on Prairie too. The
address is 306 W. John. Please call 352-7837 (35 2-STEP) if you get
lost. Ruthann also has a dog and 2 cats, so be prepared if you are
allergic.
