Dear Dancing Illini,
Quad Day, our most important promotional event of the year, is this
Tuesday, August 22 from 10am to 3pm. We have also been scheduled for a
demo in the showmobile from 11:45am to 12:00pm. With a little luck our
course schedule will be available on flyers. I hope you can all stop by
to see the demo and grab a flyer or two.
We need lots of enthusiatic dancers to man our booth, hand out flyers,
collect email addresses, and talk to people. This is a great chance to
meet new people and get them involved in dancing. I was out there all
day last year and it was lots of fun. We will provide refreshments to
keep you cool. All we ask is an hour or two of your time!
So I have an idea of who's coming, please reply and let me know when
you'll be coming to help. I'm suggesting two-hour shifts of 9-11, 11-1,
and 1-3 but whenever you're available is fine. Thanks!
