i need info to start a ballroom dance club in chicago!

i am sorry for this mass mailing, but i wasn't quite sure WHICH officer i
should email... UIC is trying to start up its own ballroom dance club,
and they have NO idea where to start! could you give me some basics and
pointers (like what does your "constitution" say? and what kind of classes
did you offer to start with? are there any reputedly good instructors in
chicago that you can recommend - who would work with university groups?)

please help me out!
