Heard it through the grapevine this past weekend that both of the large
country venues in Indianapolis have closed their doors. (County Line and
LBoT, as listed on the DI web page) Indy folks are very sad, as both had
awesome dance floors and they can't find a place to WCS any more (they're
heading to W. Lafeyette to dance!)
Additionally, the annual swing event held in St. Louis every June is a
no-go this year. However, there will be a one-night swing event on a Sat.
near the end of June at the Casa Loma Ballroom. If anyone has more
details on this event, please post!
You all missed some killer swing dancin this past weekend in Chicago!
