I despie jewel closing its doors

As a very gifted poet, I in my very deepest sorrow write this poem about a
very
sad event that will happen on April 18:

I had learned
A very hard lesson
That a business needs
To compete
To keep its assets and liabilities
In balance.
And it doesn't matter
If it's a small business
Or a big business.
And it is a very sad lesson
Indeed.
And I have heard
Countless stories
About businesses
Who had to
Fall by the wayside
Or shut down for good
Its doors
Because
They didn't care about
competition from
competing businesses.
The Green Street Jewel
Was the greatest casualty--
And very big victim
Of this doleful reality
In the milieu of
Business.
I hope that all the world
Will wake up
And hope for the best.
And I hope that all of this
Bad news
Will never, never
Happen again...

I was doleful for that store that will close down April 18. It hurt me so much
I could not take it anymore. I was married(or, in other words)to that store
for 5 whole years. No one likes a certain store to shut down. That's why I
wrote
this poem to all of you so I can share my poetic talents to other people.

I hope bad news like that won't happen again as long as I remain a student of
the U. of I....
