Just when you thought you had got rid of me, I am BACK...:)
Hey folks, did you miss me much. Be careful what you say, coz' I just might
come back for this friday's dance at the Regent depending on what you
say...:-E
I made it to NJ, in one long 14 hour drive punctuated by a short 5 hour nap,
all while at the wheel in case you are wondering... And I tell you what, I
will do this trip again in a heart beat... The trip was great, unencumbered
by traffic (it was the middle of the long weekend, so people were either
already there or were not ready to go back home) and the scenery was
breathtaking. I-80 undulates and oscillates in 3-D (up,down, and side-ways).
And the fog-ridden hillside in the early hours with the sky just turning
crimson was like a blushing... But, I digress... Suffice to say, it is a
trip worth the 14 hours of driving....
Here in NJ, I got lost twice in the last one day. Traffic is a )*( - pain in
the ass - and the exits are so closely spaced. No on-off ramps as in good
ol' Illinois and if you miss an exit, you better be ready to go Washington or
NY before you can find an exit so you can get back on... Atleast that is how
it felt... So I can say now that I have been to both NJ and to NY in the one
event I wandered out of the house...:)
Oh and get this, I found some 10 dance places thanks to, no not Henry, but
Aria....:) I did find his page on Henry's to-dance list, but boy Aria gets
down and dirty with the locations in NJ and around Thanks man, now I am
going to check them out. they have dancing on weekdays, weekends and
everyday in between...:) Fun, fun, fun. Now if I can only find me way there
and back...
So folks, that is the round-up. I miss you guys and I miss Chambana, and if
I had a chance, I will come back without much persuasion... You folks all
dance away and take care and have fun and all that stuff. Emails to me if
any should be addressed to this address with my name in the header.
