The Spring Intercollegiate Social is coming up soon. As always, we try to
provide free housing for our guests arriving from other schools. So, I'm
calling on the membership for any volunteers who might be willing to put
up one or more guests for the weekend (April 4 and/or 5th).
This is a great way to meet other people from other schools who share your
enthusiasm for dancing.
Last year, we had 10 other Universities come to Chambana for both our
Intercollegiate Social and our Fall Workshop Weekend!
Anyway, if you're willing to put people up, please contact me. I will be
coordinating housing for the Social again and am counting on your for your
support :)
The information that I will need is:
1. How many people you might be able to accomodate.
2. Do people need sleeping bags?
3. Do you have any pets?
4. Sleeping requirements (I know Amy likes to go to bed early ;)
5. Anything else you might want me to know.
I try to match people up as best I can. If you have any special requests,
I handle those, too :)
Lets make this Social even better than last year's!
