We have many new members on this list, so I'd like to reiterate some
policies we have for this list.
Please use SUBJECT lines that are as descriptive as possible, and please
use one of the following prefixes for ALL posts to DANCING-DISCUSS-L:
HELP: This is for any post requesting any kind of help, or asking a
question.
INV: This is for any event to which you are inviting the entire
membership of this list.
SOC: This is a general catch-all for any other dance-related post that
does not fit into the other categories.
EXAMPLES:
SOC: I found a great dance club in Rantoul!
INV: Afterhours this Friday! Bring Beer!
HELP: Need ride to Regent on 24 January!
INV: I passed my Qual! Come get drunk with me today!
SOC: Did you hear about Scott and Becca?
The more descriptive the title, the more you help email-burdened people
decide whether they want/need to read your email.
