neighborhood,close to engineering and cs campus and close to many bus

The roommate you'll be having is a Graduate EE student(that's me). Very
easy to get along with, non-smoker and has good respect for others. This room
will be available from Dec 22(or earlier) to August 15. The rent is $190/mo.
