Hello all,

I sure hope David is reading this list!

I, too, would like to urge all of our members to take advantage of the
classes offered by the Regent. Our DI classes are really a launching point
to greater things! Our goal is to draw in new people and get them
'hooked' on a common dance-obsession, but we are not equipped to really
'polish' new dancers... David is our best professional resource.

With his help, you can learn to feel confident enough to dance with
everyone in town, _and_ dancers you meet across the country. I'd urge
anyone looking to love dancing to take classes at the Regent.

In addition, I'd urge David to stick with us. We all knew that the DI
was entering a 'building' phase when we began the year. Only by
continuing to offer professional ballroom classes, geared toward our
beginners, can our mutual C-U dance community grow towards the
wonderful dynamic of 'yester-year'

I was _terribly_ dissapointed this semester that, just as I felt confident
enough to take David's third level of ballroom classes, they were
dis-continued. I was also dissapointed that the Wednesday or Friday
option was eliminated, by sticking both classes on Friday. Personally, I
do not enjoy using my Friday to run from work to class to class to bolt
dinner, to go dance for hours. I much prefer to go home, kick back,
eat a good dinner, and then boogie the night away. Perhaps this is not an
interest problem, so much as it is a scheduling problem. I know I am
not the only one that is uncomfotable with the Friday-only
international ballroom offering.

David, we are doing our best to ensure growth in the DI. Additionally, we
_are_ seeing positive results! We have shown our commitment to dance,
and to you, in our curriculum schedule. Please, help our club through it's
'lean' time, and be that resource we so desperately need!

Beginners unite! New Regent classes are starting soon!
