Starting this Sunday, FREE salsa & merengue dance lessons will be given
as part of the Blind Pig's weekly "Salsatecas." The classes will be from
9:30-10:30pm and the instruction will be provided by some of CU's finest
salsa dancers. The instructors and the class emphasis will switch from
week to week. Here is the schedule of instructors for the next three weeks:
Sept. 29 Mark Johnson and Ece Karatan
Oct. 6 Courtney Nash
Oct. 13 Eduardo Mendoza
Subsequent weeks will feature some of the other fine dancers from the
area. The floor will be open for dancing from 10:30pm-1am, and as always,
the cover is $2 and Coronas are $1.50.
