Starting this Thursday August 31 at the Phillips Recreation Center,
505 W Stoughton, Urbana:
Tango 12: Beginner Express
Instructors: Ron Weigel & Susana Vazquez Weigel
Thursdays 8:30–10 PM Aug 31 – Oct 5 (6 wks)
$40 per person (No partner required)
Pre-requisite: Prior couples dance experience
This class is different from our other beginner classes - Tango 1 and
Tango 2, in that 8 wks of instruction are
combined into 6 wks. This course is designed for people with couples
dancing experience, who have already acquired
basic dance skills and can learn tango faster.

"Ron & Susana have danced tango for 8 years, and have taught tango for
5 years. They have trained with some of the
best tango instructors in Argentina, the United States and Europe.
Their instruction focuses on acquiring dance skills
by learning basic movements and modifying them, linking them together
with other small movements, to build a more
complex dance. Their classes are a lot of fun and provide a lot of
opportunity for practice to a wide selection of
great tango music."
