OFFICER MEETING - Sunday, July 31st, 2pm in Illini Union Food Court
Janice's Announcements:
-Ballroom on Fri. July 29th ($6) at Regent
-Pizza and Waterslide party at the (Centennial?) waterslide
in Champaign, Sunday, July 31 at 6pm
-Salsa at Regent on (2nd and 4th?) Fridays
Lu:
-Urged members to get involved as officers, co-chairs, and
assistants
-Introduced officers
Linda elected as New Social Chair.
Eli Fini (ehajial2@uiuc.edu) elected as New Vice President.
Liliya Bekker (lbekker@yahoo.com) interested in assistant
position.
Manali Shah (mshah36@uiuc.edu) just wants on email list for
fall classes notification.
Li-Eng Chen (lchen21@uiuc.edu) interested in co-competition
chair.
Ryan Rega (romr_one@yahoo.com) interested in any assistant
job.
Gordon:
-McKinley available for fall classes on Tuesday (9pm),
Wednesday (8:30pm) and Thursday (anytime).
-Suggested 3 beginner and one advanced for 1st fall session,
then 2 and 2 for 2nd session.
-We need evaluation forms!
Tanja:
-Quad Day concerns (getting set-up, people to work, take-
down, getting hand-outs, etc.)
-Flyers: Can be usual wording, but flyers in dorms need no
mention of money and University Housing approval (Ron, I'll
email you with questions later...)
