The last chance to join our 'Introduction to Tango in Close Embrace Course'
is this Thursday Oct 7. This 4-week course runs until until Oct 21 (3 sessions
remaining) and costs $24. It is given at the Phillips Recreation Center.

This course covers the transition from open to close embrace, musicality, and
navigation. The structure of the dance in the close embrace, milonguero style
is somewhat different from the open embrace salon style, so there is new
material here for experienced salon style dancers. There are also some familar
steps are changed to fit the close embrace, as well as some new steps.

This is the predominant style of tango danced in the tango clubs of Buenos
Aires. As Americans explore milonguero style tango, it is rapidly becoming more
popular in many cities throughout the US. After experiencing it, many become
    hooked. Try it.

    Join us this Thursday.
