White Street Art Center produces URBAN SPACES, a modern dance concert with
works from collaborating artists Tania Oliveros, Francisca Silva, Nicole
Smith, and Tom Trimble on May 4 at 8:00p.m. and May 5 at 3:00p.m. Admission is
$6.00 for adults and $4.00 for students.
Location: White Street Arts Center, 304 1/2 E. White St., Champaign.
URBAN SPACES takes the audience on a journey through positive and negative
consequences of life in a city. Exploring themes such as communication,
isolation, consumer conduct, and hostility, the audience will experience the
choreographer's different perspectives on human behaviors in the metropolis.
