GENERAL INFO
In this Beginning workshop, we will concentrate on building a solid
Lindy Hop foundation for you to build on. You'll learn Lindy Rhythm, the
Lindy basic, Lindy circle to closed position, swing-out from closed,
side-by-side Charleston, inside turn, outside turn, and other moves.
This workshop is intended not only for those who have no prior Lindy
experience, but also for those who want to brush up on their basic and
get it looking like it should - smooth, baby, smooth!
LOCATION
The workshop will be held in the Frangipani Room in the Memorial Union
on the campus of Indiana University in Bloomington.
PRICE
The workshop is 4 hours long with a 1/2 hour lunch break and costs $25.
You can pay the day of the event.
REGISTRATION
To register, we just need your name, email, and phone number. NO PRIOR
PAYMENT IS NECESSARY. You can pay the day of the event. The purpose of
registration is to give us an idea of how many people to expect. You'll
really help us out if you register in advance of the workshop. You can
register online at the above web address, or you can just reply to this
message with the following information:

SOME ADVICE
It will be extremely helpful to have non-grip shoes for the workshop.
Bleyer or Stacey Adam dance shoes work great, but a cheap pair of old
Chuck Taylor's will work well too.
