Sharlene Denos
I received my BS in
Biochemistry and Molecular Biology
from the
University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) and
completed my undergraduate thesis in the laboratory of
Professor Ilan Benjamin in the
UCSC Department of Chemistry . I am
currently a
graduate student of the
Center for Biophysics
and Computational Biology at the
University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign
where I am working with Professors
Klaus Schulten and
Martin Gruebele on the problem of membrane protein folding and
insertion.
