Download all of the files into one directory on your local machine. 

If you have VMD installed in its standard
place on your PC, you can double click on glpf.bat file and 
the program loads the system for you. 

If not, start VMD, change the working directory of VMD to 
the directory that includes all downloaded files (this 
should be done in VMD console), and then type the following 
command:  source glpf.vmd    in VMD console. Alternatively
you can edit the glpf.bat and specify the location of VMD
program in it.
