Position a checkerboard stage on the screen.

• location < off | origin | bottom | top | left | right | behind >: Set the location.
• location: Get the current location.
• locations: Get a list of possible locations.
• panels n: Set number of panels in stage, up to 30.
• panels: Get the number of panels in use
