Trajectory Movie Maker (short) 1.0
-----------------------------------

REQUIREMENTS: VMD Version 1.0 or greater. In order to make use of the
files created by this script, you will also need the
SGI program 'mediaconvert' or something equivalent.

DESCRIPTION:
Type 'make_trajectory_movie_files #' to generate a sequence of RGB
snapshots of the VMD Display. One snapshot will be made for
each #th frame of the animation for your top molecule. The files will
be named snap.0000.rgb, snap.0001.rgb, etc. You can use the
SGI program 'mediaconvert' to make an MPEG or a Quicktime movie
of the RGB images that you generate.

This procedure is quick and easy, but it is not very flexible.
If you would like to use different rendering options, you should
see the more enhanced version of this script found here.

PROCEDURES:
make_trajectory_movie_files # - outputs an RGB file for every #th
	frame of the animation

EXAMPLES:
Using the program mediaconvert on files created with this
procedure, I was able to generate this QuickTime movie
showing retinal being pulled out through bacteriorhodopsin membrane
	helices.
