Improved bio_vector determining function which fixes bugs on certain cell types without axons in the 3D reconstruction process. Also removed navigation buttons, until compatible with several neurons. Exclusions and Inclusions of axons are now functional with large selections of several neurons with morphology, expect subsequent releases for the upcoming 2025 Software Workshop in Seattle, WA | Show difference between Revision 1.5 and 1.6

Increased default sphere res. from 6 to 10 at startup if < 100k neurons. Allowing radius and resolution from createRepArgs, so should work for Python add_rep. Added gid keyword for search langugage (synonym for global_node_id). The resolution control not yet used for: morphology_draft, morphology, spike animation, some kinds of connection. Fix for repid/repIndex confusion for creating rep by gid, added spike_emit proc to vnd_gui.tcl . | Show difference between Revision 1.41 and 1.42
