Alignment Tool Part 2.6 now gives the user the ability to align several neurons in 1 button click. Another feature includes a work around for 3D neuronal reconstruction which is a biological constraint that excludes axons in the principal component tool-of which exlcusions can now be toggled via radio buttons. | Show difference between Revision 1.38 and 1.39

Fix for nothing being drawn when a *_swc style edge representation was requested via Connectivity panel, but there was no aff_swc id info provided for that edge in the source edge h5 files. Now uses the target soma as the target, as appropriate for each *_swc style. Also reduced some chattiness. | |||
