Issues with the 2.11 release of NAMD

Beginning with 2.11b1 (days before the release) DCD trajectory files headers have NSETS set to zero with the true NSETS value in the NSTEPS location (VMD ignores these values and reads the whole file). DCD files written in parallel by memory optimized builds are corrupted (only contain data from a single writer). Fixed in CVS.
