psf file

Dear all,

I would like to create a psf file from a pdb file, where different segments are involved, but the psf file should be written as one protein not as different segments. The pdb file contains parts from a protein, that should be joined together and simulated as one protein domain. When I want to make the psf file, different segments are created, although this information is not included in the pdb file (correctly numbered)! Can anybody help me?
