Hi all,

I have just started using the NAMD and VMD and was going through the tutorials, i had 2 questions, first one is that in which software language is the script written i mean the .tcl scripts and the second is how can we calibrate a force field to obtain a stable system who two different substances are placed in contact with each other, say eg, a protein embedded in a lipid membrane then how do we calibrate a force field to equalize there interaction, which forces are we considering.

Thanks in advance, i hope my questions are not too dumb to be left unanswered.
