Hi,
I am trying to develop a dye structure Ru 620-1H3TBA using
molefacture in the vmd program. I am unable to do it. I transfered
the structure from material studio as .pdb file, but when I try to
open it in vmd, i cannot see the molecule. Also if anyone can suggest
if I can build the dye molecule from scratch using molefacture.
