Hi all
I am trying to run some simulations using the above GPU on Kubuntu 22.04.
I installed Nvidia drivers and Cuda toolkit from Nvidia website.
When I run namd with this command line:
namd2 +idlepoll +setcpuaffinity +p6 md_abf.conf
I have my prompt blocked, just 100% of CPU usage (instead of 600%
concerning the 6 cores used), and the following message:
Charm++: standalone mode (not using charmrun)
Charm++> Running in Multicore mode: 6 threads (PEs)
Charm++> Using recursive bisection (scheme 3) for topology aware partitions

I ran the indicated command line as root and used the following
command line for namd:
namd2 +idlepoll +setcpuaffinity +isomalloc_sync +p6 md_abf.conf
And the behavior is the same (prompt blocked as namd is running and 100% of
CPU usage), but with this message:
