Dear all,

I’ve been performing moving restraint with colvars, but I don’t understand :

1) How do calculate I the velocity of pulling applied? —> v = (targetCenter - Center)/(targetStep * dt), Is it right?
2) Which is the function de “width" on moving restraint?
3) Which would be the equation applied to moving restraint?
4) Do is this same equation applieded into SMD , default into NAMD?
