flexible fitting for helical structure

Hi all,
I’m doing flexible fitting using NAMD2. How can I configure the set_symmetry.tcl file when I perform a flexible fitting for structure with helical symmetry? Actually, I know how to configure this when the asymmetry unit has only one chain. But for my case, the asymmetry unit has 4 chains. Can I configure it as the attached file? Any suggestions or help are appreciated!
