Hi Mikhail,
Generally, you can find PDB's from RCSB website. But since you are looking
for peptides, most probably you can find it within a PDB with a protein (I
am not familiar with peptide names). But if you know the sequence since you
are looking for a peptide, you can generate using either molfracture GUI
within VMD or Tleap in amber.
