Dear Sourav
Yes you can. And also you need not set the temperature if "binvelocities" is used.

A simulation of 30ns was prematurely aborted at 29.32ns. I would like to know whether can I use the restart files to run the simulation again?

Also, do I need to set the temperature if 'binvelocities' is used?

With thanks and regards
