Hello,

This may be more appropriate for the CHARMM forum, but I am not sure. I am
running NAMD_2.9_Source compiled for mpi on linux-x86_64. Everything runs
well however I get the following warning in the log file:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Charm++> Running on MPI version: 3.0
Charm++> level of thread support used: MPI_THREAD_SINGLE (desired:
MPI_THREAD_SINGLE)
Charm++> Running in non-SMP mode: numPes 32

Info: NAMD 2.10 for Linux-x86_64-MPI

I want to know what this means and if this is something to worry about
given it did not appear to effect the simulation.

Thank you.
