Mechanical Properties of protein

Hi,

    I am trying to calculate mechanical properties of a protein using the
similar approach as used in document posted here:
http://bionano.physics.illinois.edu/sites/default/files/Stretching_dsDNA.pdf

I found tutorial of this method here:
http://bionano.physics.illinois.edu/tutorials/visualizing-md-results-stretching-dsdna-mini-tutorial
However, when I tried to follow the method and made configuration file I
could not get similar results as mentioned in the tutorial.
I was wondering if somebody have the configuration file of this tutorial
that I can compare with mine and correct the problem.
