I have a question regarding hydrostatic pressure difference in "Simulation
with induced pressure difference " (

For delta_P=nf/A, the A here is the volume of the system with f, or the
volume of whole simulation box?
If I have vacuum layer in my simulation, does the volume include the vacuum
layer?
