Hi,

I installed NAMD on one of Linux machine.I could get results and really run
VMD.I read about NAMD analysis tool but I wonder if we can do some post
processing data through big data technology like Hadoop.this tool will be
intelligent enough to study group of people in the area with particular DNA
sequence and tell out report that these number of people are expected to
suffer from disorder or have certain characteristics.
