Hello Fellow Users,
I was doing some experiments on stretching / pulling experiments on DNA
molecules of different kind which is quite successful in my case but now i
want to do some compression simulations on the same set of molecules. do
anyone have some experience or idea how can I perform such simulation.
one thing i understand that to do such simulation I will have to revert the
pulling vector...but i have no idea as well as any set of example's from
the community.
Help me out here...a proper hint towards right direction would me good.
