Dear NAMD users, I'm a bit confused about the integration algorithm of NAMD. Which intergation algoritm does NAMD use for integration ?  Verlet, velocity-verlet or leapfrog ? Could you please help me to learn the type of intergation algoritm ? Thanks for the help.
