alpha(total)=0.16*n(atoms); E(total)=<V(total)>+alpha(total)
a(tors)=0.2*4*(n(residue)+8*n(lipids));
E(tors)=<V(tors>+4*(n(residue)+8*n(lipids)) - assuming that a lipid
molecule is equivalent to 8 protein residues.
