segmentation errors

Hi,

I am having problems with running AMD with GB on a multicore computer.
I can run 3-8 processors of AMD with explicit solvent; I can run number
of processors for MD with GB, but I can run only a single processor of
AMD/GB. Single processor execution is just fine, p2 results in
segmentation error. System is very small, 15 residues helix, memory
should not be the issue.
