Hello,
I wonder if there is a way to tabulate a nonbonded 3-body potential like the Stillinger-Weber 3-body .
If not, is there library including such nonbonded 3-body potentials working with NAMD?
The goal is to use Garofalini potential to study solid/liquid transitions of mixed glasses. So, last question : does NAMD suit well for solid/liquid transitions study?
