Suppose if you have Linux on PS3, you could probably compile NAMD. Last I heard though, Sony will no longer let you install Linux on newer PS3s, but never looked into it myself.

PS3 is basically just a PPC chip (I think), and I compile NAMD + mods daily on PPC Linux.

Do you have a cluster of PS3s ?
