Hi,

I generated a pdb and psf of Green fluorescent protein with one mutated
residue (Arg 85). After checking the structure in VMD I found , that the
bond between Arg 85 and more residue Tyr 82 got distorted.. During the
structure generation I didn't get any error... how to rectify this ??
