Dear NAMD Users,
I am trying to run simulation using compiled version of NAMD_2.7_AIX-POWER-MPI. Job seems to be running without producing any output file, only log file following lines are printing. But NAMD_2.6_AIX-POWER-MPI complied version is working good without any problem. Could you please reply me about this problem, it will be great help for me.
