Hello, my name is Ryan and I am a fairly new programmer with TCBG. I have
recently worked with the TMD code in NAMD and was alerted to your proposal
of transition targeting. This is a feature that can certainly be added
with minimal effort. If either of you would like to send me the
double-sided TMD files previously mentioned, I will gladly take a look at
them and see if I can work them into the current code base. Thanks!
