Hi,

In my case, a lipid tilts toward the channel pore and persists for a while.
Ions would be neutralize the lipid head group. If the lipid head
groups do not balanced with counter ion, they may find counter charge
on channel exposed loops. Is it possible to check the counter ion
distribution around channel cis and trans pores? Dose the used force
filed have NBFIX term for ions?
I guess if the blockage is a flickering event, it is natural.

Best.
